Gymshark66 is a 66-day challenge that encourages you to focus on the small wins. Whether it’s 30 mins at the gym or a 30-min walk. 10 mins of mindfulness or 10 pages of a book.
All you’ve gotta do is choose three daily habits that suit you. Then tick them off, every day, for 66 days.
Because if you focus on the process, there’s nothing to stop your progress.
And we’ll be there every day to spot you, train with you, and cheer from the sidelines as you make progress your purpose. As those days turn into weeks. Those weeks turn into months. Until before you know it, the 66 days are up.
And those daily ticks have become habits. And those habits have changed your life.
WHAT DO I DO
1. Download the Gymshark Training app, sign up to Gymshark66 and choose your three daily habits. They’ll be across three focus areas: mind, movement and nutrition. You don’t have to choose one from each category - pick whichever habits you want to make the progress you want to make.
2. Complete your three habits every day, check them off on the Training app, and watch your Gymshark66 calendar fill up with the progress you’ve made. There are plenty of workouts on the app to match whatever goals you’ve got, plus loads of new mindfulness and nutrition content to help you out along the way.
3. After the 66 days, your habits are made and your life is changed. Nbd.
