The Gymshark Blackout campaign starts on Monday the 20th of November and will last for a limited time. We reserve the right to change the conditions for this campaign for as long as it goes on. Please see our social platforms for any updates.
Due to stock availability and high strain we’ll be unable to make any changes after the order has been completed. We might possibly be able to cancel the order but this cannot be guaranteed. Please contact our support team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel your order and they will do their best to help. Your statuary rights are not affected.
Under normal circumstances all orders are dispatched within a few working days and are sent with priority mail to speed up the delivery process. However, due to the amount of orders during the Blackout campaign, it could take up to 10 working days before your order is shipped.
Our warehouse team, however, is doing their best too dispatch your order as soon as possible and you will receive a shipping confirmation when your parcel is on the way.
All discounted products will keep the same discount throughout the whole campaign.
Our products’ availability depend on stock. If you’re unlucky enough to purchase a product that is sold out you’ll be refunded for the item. If you have choosen to order by invoice it will be credited with the same amount as the item that was sold out. You will be notified by e-mail if any changes on your order are made.
Orders that have been placed prior to the start of Blackout or after the campaign is over will not be subject to any additional discounts. All discount codes have been temporarily deactivated during the campaign.
